Who we are

RADWAN is a business software platform. Its Rad Pulse module lets businesses manage their social media accounts. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can delete it.

Data we collect

• Account data: the name, email and company details you sign up with.
• Data from platforms you choose to connect (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads and others):
  • Access tokens.
  • Page and account names and IDs.
  • Follower counts.
  • Post insights.
  • Comments and messages sent to your pages, so they appear in your unified inbox.
• Content you upload: post text, images and videos.

How we use it

• To publish and schedule posts you request, to the accounts you connected.
• To show comments and messages and let you reply to them.
• To show analytics and reports to you, and to clients you share a portal link with.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Data is sent only to the platform you asked us to publish to, for example Meta when you post to Facebook.

Security

• Access tokens are stored encrypted.
• Each company's data is isolated from other companies.
• All traffic uses HTTPS.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active. When you disconnect a platform account, its tokens are deleted immediately.

Data deletion

• In the app: Rad Pulse → Accounts → delete the account. Its data and tokens are removed.
• On Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove the app.
• Full deletion of all your data: email support@radwan.app with the subject "Data deletion request". We will delete it within 30 days.
